Here you have it!
Pictures from the "camera" built into my Motorola mobile phone. What a yucky ducky. Reminds me vaguely of Kodak Instamatics in the seventies. They had a wonderfully easy-to-handle cartridge film. Pictures quality qualified as trash. Colour stability dito. Those old pictures do still have colour. But nothing resembles the original colour at all. That goes for the much more upscale Kodachrome slides as well, by the way. Yucky ducky, kodak again! Well, that's what I discovered here. If you though digital was the solution to colour stability woes, think again. Even though the picture colours themselves are as stable as the rock of Gibraltar in their 0's and 1's, the media on which they live on is not. CDR's burned 2 years ago are failing and unreadable. A Sony DRU-701 DVD-RW failed after 3 months. The stuff it wrote is party or not readable anymore. CDR's burned with another DVD-RW are skipping on my audio system. Magnetic tape and disks flake. Anyway, nuf ranting. Enjoy better pictures here. |
